House Washing
A clean house looks newer, and the wash is gentler than you think.
High pressure can force water behind siding and chip paint, so houses get a soft wash instead. A low-pressure cleaning solution loosens the dirt, mildew, and cobwebs, and a thorough rinse carries it away.
Stucco, vinyl, painted wood, eaves, and trim all clean up this way. We wet down your plants before and after so the rinse does not sit on them.
Close your windows, and we handle the rest. You do not need to be home.
FAQ
House Washing questions.
Is washing safe for my siding and paint?
Yes. Houses are soft washed at low pressure, which is safe on stucco, vinyl, and painted wood. High pressure is saved for concrete.
What about water use, runoff, and plants?
A surface cleaner uses far less water than a garden hose for the same area. Runoff is kept out of planters and directed per LA County guidelines, and we wet down plants before and after any soft wash.
How long does it take?
Most driveways and patios take one to two hours. A house wash is usually a half day, and roofs depend on size and pitch. You get a time along with your quote.
Do I need to be home?
No. Close your windows, move cars off the driveway, leave the outside water on, and we handle the rest. We send you photos when the job is done.
